For girls 12 to 16 years old/ limited to 15 girls Group setting with one-on-one advise
- Track and Cross Country running program to learn biomechanics, drills and injury prevention.
- How to prepare for races, running skills, training workouts.
- Differences between high school and college training.
- How to improve speed and endurance
- Life skills for rising girls and more!!!
- Program cost $210
3 times per week
Tuesdays-Thursdays 5:30-7:00 PM
Saturdays 8:00-10:00 AM
