Max is still pretty new to running (he has been running only around one year and half), however he has made great improvements in his performance, which has given him even more motivation to keep training. He has done already 6 half Marathons (Miami Famous, Weston (2), Sarasota, Miami Halloween and Fort Lauderdale 13.1) with PR of 1:29. He ran Wings for Life being able to make it into the 15 mile.
He ran his first Marathon (Miami) in Jan 2018, with a PR of 4:01. He also enjoys the short runs, holding a 5K PR of 19:45. Meanwhile, Max’s cholesterol is now down within normal range and his fitness level and mood are much better. What Max likes the most about the running is all the things that brings with it. Running has become a family activity that also his son Daniel, 12, joins when he gets a chance.
Max looks at running as lifestyle in which the nutrition, rest, and state of mind are important factors. The most fun about running with FIT is without doubt the people around and how supportive, enthusiastic and happy they are!.
There’s no price tag for that ! Max and his wife have more running goals in mind but they know that enjoying the journey towards them is what matters most!
