ALL GROUPS: 6 MILES
- Meet at Runner’s Depot Coral Springs
- Check for your group START TIMES.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time in order to get ready & warm up.
- Wear your FIT Shirts.
- Bring your hydration for during and post run.
- Have your lights and electronics charged.
- Park and don’t leave valuables in sight.
- Bring a towel, yoga mat, and change of clothes.
- Have fun!

It seems like running is plain and simple at first, but the matter is that there is a lot to do and not to do when training. We will go over different scenarios of what to do and not do.
