GREETINGS FIT CORAL SPRINGS!
Our race day is quickly approaching and we are super excited! Woo hoo! If you have not signed up yet, please be sure to do so as race will sell out!
Here are the logistics for this Saturday:
FIT CS
We are up to 5.5 miles this weekend. We will have 3 coaches there this weekend so it’s important to let us know if we should not expect you.
Jay will go out with the joggers at 6:30, Nuria with the speedy walkers at 6:15 and Ana with the walkers at 6. Water will be out on the course. There will NOT be a seminar this weekend (Steve, no need to open the store). Next weekend is our final prep for our 10K on November 17 at Vista View
Please join us as we wish our Coaches Darby, Barry and Roxane a wonderful time at the New York City Marathon! 🙂 We are so excited we can’t wait! Woo hoo! and we can’t wait to hear all the stories!
