FIT FT. LAUDERDALE- SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2019
Let the training continue strong. We have a group of people that are running Little Rock Arkansas that need to pay attention to training this weekend. For those that are continuing their training for A1A, please read below as well for your logistics. Come one, come all and let’s have some FUN! 🙂 Our workout this weekend will incorporate some hills and flats in the beautiful Rickenbacker area!
We are running in MIAMI this Saturday.
We are NOT meeting at George English Park
Little Rock Arkansas Full participants: 21 miles
- Walkers start at 4:15 am
- Groups B-E start at 4:45 am
Little Rock Arkansas Half participants: 14 miles (If you are not participating in A1A)
- Start at 5:30 am
A1A participants & Little Rock Half: 8 miles
- Start at 6:30 am
Please make sure that you prepare your bags with running gear, hydration and nutrition for your trip down to Miami Rickenbacker! Bring dry clothes for after as we usually jump in the water after we are done 🙂 it feels great! Also bring snacks for after if you’d like. When you arrive at Key Biscayne, you will drive over the bridge and keep going until you get to the Miami Seaquarium (there is construction going on at Rickenbacker parking lot so we are going down a little further more) make a right when you get there (see picture below.
