All groups will be going out for 3 miles
- Check for your group START TIMES.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time in order to get ready & warm up.
- Wear your FIT Shirts.
- Bring your hydration for during and post run.
- Have your lights and electronics charged.
- Park and don’t leave valuables in sight.
- Bring a towel, yoga mat, and change of clothes.
- Have fun!
Saturday’s Seminar: The Correct Shoe Fitting
It’s the start of a new journey and the road to the end is a little long. It is very important to take care of your feet along the way to stay injury free in your training.
This Saturday, make sure you stay after the run and stretch to hear the importance of the perfectly fitting shoe for YOU! Mike Sedell, Runner’s Depot Manager, will be talking us through the fitting process, different shoe options, and what every runner needs.
