Lori Hart is a Road Runner's Club of America Certified Coach since 2009. She has been coaching runners from 5k to marathon distances for over 20 years.
Lori has been running her entire adult life and prides herself on helping people get faster while managing injury risks. Her running led her into competing in triathlons, her longest distance being the 2015 Panama City Ironman Triathlon when she was 54 years old.
Lori's running philosophy is "change creates change" and encourages her clients to "mix it up", by trying different distances, venues, terrain, walk-break ratios, speeds, gear, and more. It's all about looking forward to your next run!
